Metal knives now available at restaurants past DIA’s security checkpoints; Udi’s the first to offer

…Udi Baron — an icon in Colorado’s bread, bakery and gluten-free world — has finally entered the highly-desired Denver International Airport concession market. The Udi’s Café & Bar at DIA is run by local operator, Mission Yogurt, Inc.The new concept restaurant was made possible by space freed up throughthe airport’s new retail program, which is turning over two-thirds of its current retail stores into new or refreshed concepts.
